MusIQ is a music guessing game that allows users to:

• Search for artists and play music guessing games
• Listen to short audio previews of songs
• Track scores and compete with personal bests
• Access the service through web browsers and iOS devices

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Service

4. Apple Music Integration

Our Service integrates with Apple Music to provide song previews and artist information. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• You must comply with Apple's Terms of Service for Apple Music
• Song previews are provided through Apple Music's official API
• We do not claim ownership of any music content
• Full songs require an Apple Music subscription through Apple
